Great for your health, but it stains everything it touches yellow. Just be careful with it.
I take this every day and it has helped me in so many fit ways.
The product is just what I expected. I have not had it long enough to comment on the efficacy, or benefits. I do not understand the exact meaning of the word "change in this context. The taste doesn't matter (don't exactly "like it, but I mix it with other powders in a little applesauce and wash it down with water, so that doesn't matter anyway. I am trying to duplicate the ratio of turmeric to bioperine in a formula, so I need to add 150 mg of turmeric daily besides the 50 mg in the turmeric and bioperine capsules I bought. This is a lot more economical and easier than buying the name brand formula.
Taking Tumeric is a waste of time. The real magic is in the extract with 95% curcuminoids. Encapsulating them yourself saves half the cost. Buyer beware! this product will stain everything that it touches. Have OxiClean on hand before you start.
Very small package. I didn't realize it would be so small. Not worth the amount paid.
