I was NOT disappointed. Very fine grade product. It easily absorbs into water/ most beverages.
The powder is very fine it easily dissolves in cold or warm water. For 2 lbs it's going to last a while worth the purchase

I heard such great things about this product. I have not tried it yet. You are not supposed to mix this with hot beverages.

L glutamine is amazing and love using it! Will say this packet is really small. Maybe I misread but for the price I was hoping for it to be slightly bigger. Nonetheless, if you only need a small one then this would work well!
