I bought this because my guys broke the glass type bottom and I wanted something unbreakable. So far it is working great.
We bought three of these for our office. They are working out great! They look great and they are durable. I love that they are plastic instead of glass. Just overall great :)
I bought mine back in 2006. I have used only Urnex to clean it and did not use any stiff bristle brushes to risk scratching. I have also gone to work on several occasions leaving the warmer on for 12 hours! I am surprised that there was no harm done to the decanter. This is much better than glass and has proved to be the best value. It still looks just as good today as it did 12 years ago. Don't bother with other decanters. This is the best
