It had a minty taste/smell to it so it does give a bit of a tingle when applied. I definitely noticed a difference on the days that I used it and on the days that I didn't. I usually have dry chapped lips and this has worked a treat. The texture is thin so applies on great and doesnt feel thick and sticky and it smells great.

My lips are instantly soft and stay hydrated all night long.
