I get my husband to buy this for me every year for Christmas, and I always love it. It comes with all the essentials, and if you are a first time buyer of Burt's, it gives you a great array of products.
I've liked the lip balm for years, and I got this to try some of the products I hadn't used. It's a great way to sample the products before committing to the full-sized versions. The sizes are good for travel, too. The only thing I really didn't like in the kit was the pore scrub, which left a layer of grease on my skin every time. Everything else was good. I especially loved the lemon butter cuticle cream. The pomegranate lip balm and the milk and honey body lotion were the other highlights -- light and moisturizing.
I received this in a birthday package and was so excited to try some new products. I was so happy with everyone and now I am sold- Burt's Bees is the way to go!
Of all the Burt's Bees kits, I suggest trying this one first. The company does change the various sample items in the kits, maybe to test market new products? I have received some items in these kits that I've never found elsewhere but in the kit. It's a great introduction to their product line.
I bought this because I wanted to "try out" the products from BB. From the very first use, I knew I would be investing in a complete line of products that are organic and meet my needs. This is a great starter kit for those of you wanting to experience BB without the cost of buying full size products but I'll warn you, you'll be hooked from the first use.
I had been wanting to try BB's products for awhile but didn't know where to start. We recently went on vacation so I bought one of these sets to take with me and I have to say, I was sold on the products after using it.
I had never tried any of the Burt's Bees products before. I have been doing a lot of reading about the chemicals that beauty suppliers put in their products and I was looking for a more natural beauty regime. I wasn't sure where to start, until I saw this kit. I was able to try a variety of their products with this kit and I fell in love.
Although I have not been able to try all the products so far, I am in love with this kit! The Royal Jelly Day Cream is a liife saver (I live in the only state more dry that Arizona-- Nevada.) for my seriously dry skin, and the cuticle cream worked wonders on my constant hand nails. The chap stick is brilliant, too! The one thing about this kit I have to admit I don't much care for is the body wash. The smell seems strong and extremely overwhelming. But other than that, I really enjoy this kit!
This kit has everything to start a day.. I bought this during christmas time to give myself a gift and absolutely love it. Hands cream and cuticle cream really works on my skin. I dont have dry skin on my cuticle no more. Chapstick was excellent. Keep me moisturize for 5-6 hours. Raidance cream, scrub are really nice. Its really worth buying this product..
I WORK AT STORE THE SUPPLIES A BIG SECTION ON BB. I ALWAYS PASSED BY THE SECTION NOT THINKING MUCH, SO ONE DAY I DECIDED TO STOP AND SMELL SOME OF THE PRODUCTS. OMG I WAS LIKE THIS SMELL SO GOOD. I TRIED A SMALL SAMPLE OF THE LOTION AND I WAS SOLD. I THINK I STOOD THERE LIKE 20 MIN. SMELLED ALL THE PRODUCTS AND COULD NOT FIGURE OUT WHAT I WANTED TO TAKE SO I TOOK THIS LITTLE BABY WITH ALL MIX OF ALL PRODUCTS I LOVE IT SO MUCH IM ALMOST OUT OF IT BUT THIS TIME IM GOING TO GET FULL SIZE PRODUCTS OF EACH. IT LEAVES YOUR SKIN SO SOFT AND SMELLS SO RICH AND SOOTHING. I LOVE BB. I TOLD MY HUSBAND FROM NOW ON WE ARE USING BB AND HE LOVES IT TOO.
