Burt's Bees, you've got this hair gel SO, SO right! It's PERFECT! I love that it is good for me and the environment...no animal testing, recycled packagiing, and ingredients that are non-toxic and yummy smelling. It holds so very strongly, and I feel very safe with all the natural ingredients in it. I'm sorry, but having citrus oils on my head beats having man-made polymers stuck to it. Yuck. Please never discontinue this item, or you might just have to send me with a lifetime supply! Couldn't live without it! Everyone that reads this, go buy a bottle, you won't be disappointed. I use it on a wet head and let it dry normally, then brush it out. Not sticky or greasy if you don't use too much. It will help hold your hair in place in humid air and a light breeze. I wish it came in strawberry or citrus or lavendar or other berry scent
My husband uses hair gel every day. He was running low and I saw Burt's Bees had this listed as a new product. It is amazing! I love that it is all natural and isn't sticky and heavy like other products. It also smells great. He loves it too. :D
This is really great gel. I bought this for myself because I wanted to use something natural, I use only all natural products for everying else, why not personal care? I have long curly hair and this is great, before using this product I had to use a leave-in, mouse, and hair spray to achieve great curls now I only use this gel, It's not too stiff, and hold throught humidity, works incredibly great, I just wish there was a "female" formula because this is slightly manly smelling, but still works great!
I will continue buying this hair gel 100% natural how can you go wrong? for my hair i like to add shine and this def does it and style. i just wish it came in a bigger bottle lol.
I like this product because it doesn't leave your hair feeling stiff & crunchy. I work it into dry hair with wet fingers and sometimes brush through my hair before styling with a curling iron. It keeps the style and also tames fly aways without having to use hairspray. It does smell a bit manly, but that goes away in just a few minutes.
I was afraid to use Hair Gel after looking at the ingredients in them, but not this one. Can you believe this is really hair gel? Sunflower seed oil, now that is making good use of natural things. It looks more natural than the food I eat. It works too, so that is enough convincing for me.
gave as a gift to 57 yr man with fly away hair. told me it has his hair looking shiny- does not look like a hair product and wanted to find out where he can buy more! Would suggest to any man that does not want to look like he is using products - and great for frequent bathers!
My hair is so thick and wild that it practically takes glue to hold it. I grow my hair to about six or seven inches long, then get it cut to about one inch. This stuff does the job so far up to the three-inch mark. If I apply too much, it gives me hard parts, but brushing those out after the hair dries (I apply right out of the shower), the hair still holds without stiffness. I put a little on my beard sometimes too, to control the bushiness.
Hair Gel has a great fragrance for men and does not lack in control and giving a little shine to my hair. You may find it to be tacky compared to other similar prducts but when dry handles the same or better. Does flake after a long day. Rinses out easily.
