Really so quiet. Couldn't tell it was even running. The way it dries leaves the glasses so clean. We got the matte white with bronze handle with ultradry. Beautiful and worth it.
I love the features of this dishwasher but I bought it for the beauty!! It is quiet and easy to load. The display is so helpful to tell you when it's a clean load. Hahaha!!

Been using the cafe dishwasher for around 2 months we love the cafe line. Very high quality and so easy to use with the app. It is very quite when it runs and cleans the dishes very well.

This dishwasher is quiet, dries very well, and lets you know on its small display exactly how much time is left in the cycle. It's beautiful and generally washes very well. However, two things have frustrated me very often over the 10 months since we've had it. First, the detergent door doesn't always open. You have to be very careful about what gets loaded at the front of the bottom drawer because the this door is poorly designed and often doesn't open at all when the dishwasher is fully loaded. Second, the utensils drawer is modular and comes in three pieces. The problem is that the pieces do not stay together very well, and so you wind up with a basket of utensils and flatware that wobbles around and can't be easily removed. Both of these are small gripes on an otherwise excellent dishwasher, but it is disappointing to pay so much money for an appliance and then find it has these simple nuisances that shouldn't exist in a top tier product.
Quiet when operating, does a great job cleaning and good job drying dishes. The top (3rd) drawer use is extremely limited, except for knives and some small utensils. The clearance to the top and with items in the second drawer is very small. Also the main (bottom) drawer does not move smoothly and hangs up when operating. Wheels should be improved.
The dishwasher does a great job cleaning and is so quiet that we some times open it not realizing it is running. I gave it a 3 star because after 2 years it started leaking. We are waiting on a service by GE. Hopefully most of it will still be covered by warranty.
We have always purchased GE appliances and never will again. The Cafe dishwasher has a defective seal which allows condensation to be deposited on surrounding cabinets and countertop. This happens during the dry cycle and will eventually ruin cabinets. When we contacted GE they replaced the dishwasher and the second dishwasher has the same issue. When we contacted GE to tell them the second dishwasher also deposited water on the surrounding cabinets, GE told us this was normal and they were closing our case.
I bought this model a few months ago. On the positive side it is quiet and washes well. But it has a huge flaw. During the drying cycle excessive condensation escapes from the top and side depositing water on my wood cabinets. This will eventually destroy them.
