[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These cake circles have always been my go-to. One surface is resistant to fluid/oil and the other is exposed cardboard. But there have been recent changes - and not for the better. These are thinner and although they'll still hold a cake, they warp easily. So check the package before you buy to make sure they're not twisty because your cake will not sit flat if it is.
