Several years ago the ends of my thumb nails started to split, both length wise and along the width which resulted in me having to keep extremely short nails.This was inconvinient as I needed to keep them shorter than I like. So I researched and read that biotin can reduce spliting finger nails. I started taking it and after my nails grew out they would no longer split and were stronger. Well, when my supply of biotin ran out I did not buy more and eventually the nails started spliting again. So I started taking it againand after the nails grew out they are stronger and no longer split. I will continue taking this supplement as it seems to have cured my splitting thumbnail problem.
This product seems to make my nails grow back a few days faster and healthier! Just ordered my 2nd bottle today!
Biotin is a great supplement. It does wonders for hair and nails. These are coated, easy to swallow tablets. My nails have been brittle from using hand sanitizer, and washing my hands so much more. Plus, I have health issues that make my nails really brittle and they peel. Since I've been taking these, once a day, with meals, as directed, my nails have been looking so much better. They aren't peeling as much. These are Gluten Free, non GMO, vegan, and keto and paleo friendly. I certainly recommend these supplements.
I have used hair skin and nail supplements before but these are the best for me. I like that they are good for me especially because I need help with a nutrient deficiency when it comes to missing vitamins for hair and nails. This Biotin supplement uses non-GMO gluten and dairy-free ingredients to naturally support my body’s health. The supplement has 10,000mcg of Biotin and 30mg of calcium which are important in hair skin and nail health. I do believe these vitamins are truly essential. I take one tablet daily and will order more when I run out. This Biotin vitamin supplement is the best.
First I will mention that the Biotin 10,000mcg u2013 Hair Growth Vegetarian Vitamins B7 did not specify "for Men" or "Women" for that matter on the container/bottle. I am somewhat familiar with the product and have been taking it for a few days now as directed. I am feeling good about the overall results that are forth coming and that is a good start for me. I have wanted to help myself in these areas for about 5 years now, and am enjoying the comfortingly feeling of seeing some light at the end of the tunnel. Easy to swallow, and no side affects.
This product is a small and easy to swallow capsule. I have several different styles of biotin that I rotate through my routine, including chewable that are nearly the same size and I can appreciate this style and size. If you are looking for biotin then purchase these.
I've been taking this biotin supplement for a couple of weeks now in the hopes of making my nails less prone to breakage, especially in the dry winter months. It's a little early to see results yet, but I like that these small tabs are easy to swallow and have no nasty "vitamin pill" aftertaste. They're good value compared to many other brands, especially in the larger-count bottles.
I'm sensitive to anything I take and these don't bother at all. I feel that they are helping as well. So far I've noticed that my fingernails are growing faster than they usually do. I think they may be helping my hair grow faster as well.

I take Biotin daily for my hair , skin , and nails. I like trying different brands of biotin. Although they advertise these vitamins for men , they worked as good as any other biotin I have used in the past. I’m more in favor of the gummy vitamins than the kind you swallow. So that’s why I wouldn’t stay with this vitamin , although they seemed as good as any other. But I would recommend it to others.
