These are excellent to cook with. I was initial concerned about stainless steel after using nonstick but these cook very well and clean well too. I do recommend though for anyone transitioning over to stainless to read the instructions included and watch a YouTube video on the best cooking practices to get the most out of the pots and pans.
Great product and easy to cook and clean. Recommended to purchase. Once you learn that cooking on Stainless Steel is as easy as allowing the pans to heat up to proper heat before beginning to cook, the rest becomes flawless.
Waited for a long time to purchase these. They look great and awesome quality.
Great pans. Love that the handles do not get hot. Pans are the right sizes and have markings for liquids in the pans and steaming holes. I would recommend these pans
I bought this pans 3 weeks ago after my old non stick pots and pans started flaking. I did lots of research on different brands and types of pots/pans (stainless, nonstick, ceramic) I decided to go with the Calphalon stainless steel, though I was worried about cooking on them after always having nonstick pans. It took my about 2 days and watching a couple of YouTube videos to finally figure out how to cook an egg over medium without it sticking, but now I can do it easily. Cooking dinner(hamburger,chicken, pasta) though has been a breeze. Coconut oil helped me a lot with the sticking and Bar Keepers Friend has been a life saver for cleaning up afyerwards. The pans are built well with strong handles. Overall, I love my pans and recommend these to others, it may take a little patience to learn how to cook on it but it is week worth it
This are better than expected, and the best part is that they don't contain any bad toxins for your body
This is a very nice cookware set. All the pots and pans I need. They are sensitive to higher heats and it took me a use to figure that out. One fry pan has permanent stains due to overheating. More my fault that the pans. Now that I know to use lower heat than with coated pans, I really love them.
Not non stick, food get stuck and takes time to soak and come off. One of them has a weird after color
I should've listened to the reviews, but I took a chance. After only one use, the pans stained terribly. No matter if I hand washed or put them in the dishwasher, it was impossible to get the stains out. I'm so disappointed as this was not a cheap set.
Im not one for writing reviews at all. I think this maybe my first but these pans are so bad. No matter what anti stick I put on them before I cook and I only have them a few weeks, they are horrendous. I video record meals for my job as I'm a nutritionist and I had to go and purchase another brand because I couldn't have them on the camera.
