While I received this product for free, the opinions and thoughts included in this review are my own. I decided to use this to make my husband his favorite cake, a cream cheese pound cake. When I flipped the pan upside down onto the cooling rack, it de-panned perfectly! Not a crumb remained. I love that it's dishwasher safe, too!
I attempted to make a lemon pound cake three different times using another pan and each time it was a failure. No matter how much I greased, sprayed, or floured . . . nothing worked until I bought Calphalon. Upon the first use, my cake came right out, perfectly cooked and not a crumb! I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a great bundt pan. I just bought the angel food cake pan yesterday and can’t wait to use it as well. Everything I have Calphalon works wonderfully.
