I had bought one several months ago and it worked so well I decided I needed another one!
I made chocolate chip cookies with this sheet and it was fantastic! The insulation helped prevent burning and provided even baking. Non-stick made it easy to pick up cookies and made cleaning even easier. Really good cookie sheet!
Perfect for baking every time. Even heat distribution and easy to clean.
I love this pan. It is large enough to put around 24 large cookies on. I have never had a problem with the cookie sticking.

This cookie sheet has no sides which allows hot air to flow freely around the cookies. This design is superior to any baking sheet with sides. That's an fyi to all bakers. The insulation requires longer baking times but it's worth it to avoid burning food. I think any baker will be as happy as me with this cookie sheet - buy several!
I recently purchased this large baking sheet for making my Christmas cookies and every batch came out just perfect. I only had to wait about 5-6 minutes for the sheet to cool after removing the baked cookies from the oven. Clean up was a snap, even with the jam-filled cookies that overflowed onto the sheet. I will definitely purchase more Calphalon bakeware in the near future. Although they are pricey, I don't think I would ever have to replace these pans so they're worth the investment.
Cooks nicely and evenly. Larger than I really need. I wish it had the curved lip on the long side. That way I could pick it up more easily.
