It's fine. A little tricky to assemble correctly, though. Good quality. Looks great, nice design, seems sturdy.
This tv stand is beautiful! Took my 17 yr old son and I about 2 hours to assemble. Well worth the money and effort!
This is a beautiful piece of furniture. My husband put it together, he said it was a pain to do. 8 screws were missing so we had the inconvenience of going to the hardware store to buy some. Also, it had a small ding on the top towards the back, however, it's not very noticeable. Overall, I am very pleased with this purchase and have received many positive compliments.
The panel for the back does not match up. Can you send a replacement. It's not measured properly.
The item had damage to it that either occurred during transport or delivery. The handyman provided by Angi made us aware of this issue when he removed the item from the package. Otherwise the TV stand is very durable and held our 75" well. The dimensions state it could hold up to 80", but that would be cutting it close. It was the perfect addition to complete our bedroom. The color is more brown than gray, but we can decorate around it. The only other complaint is the delivery was delayed and our handyman was scheduled to arrive at 9 PM on a Sunday. Luckily the assembly was scheduled a few days after delivery which was a plus and a minus and we were able to contact the handyman and adjust the time. The rating is based more on the slight damage and the delivery delay; the product is rated as a 4.
It's cheap and backwards pretty upset for it being pricey and not even we had to cob job it to make it work. Love the color and how it looks though.
So hard to put together. Things were labeled backwards. We had to screw and unscrew to figure out how to make it work. Instructions were not clear at all. Came damaged but wasn't even worth the hassle of returning it.
Items ordered was delivered damaged. Called customer service and was advised that he had to transfer me because his access was limited. I waited almost an hour for the next representative and she was no help. I'm frustrated with the lack of support and communication.
