We bought ours 9 months ago and I wanted to use it through the winter before posting a review. It has been great! Canadian Spa were really good to work with, excellent communication. Using a furniture dolly, two of us were able to position the tub, a perfect fit for a smaller space. It was awesome to be able to fill it, plug it in, and begin using it! Most of the time there are one or two of us in it, with plenty of room--when there's three or four people it's still comfy although cozy. On the coldest days of the winter the temperature would slowly drop with use, but it would sustain a higher temperature (100-104) for as long as we wanted to use it. We are considering the 240V conversion but have been very happy with it as-is.
I am enjoying the hot tub very much, no problems so far, after a month. It's just the right size for my screened gazebo.
Great hot tub, nice to be able to just plug it in & have it going right away while I had the wiring for 220v conversion done. I does cool down quickly while tubbing when connected with 120v during the cold months so a conversion is necessary. Nice & deep but a bit small if you have more than 2 people.
I bought this in August and am glad that I did .Love it.
I was choosing between this and a softtub, as I didn't want to shell out an extra $2-3K for a larger tub. This tub is super easy to move when it's dry. I had to move it onto a 12 foot high deck, which I hired a guy with a small lift truck to pop on and me and one other guy easily moved it into place. Canadian Spa Company is a reputable company that services what they sell. Ohh... Having a hot tub is awesome.
