I bought this a couple weeks ago and in loving it.
Highly recommend this spa has lots of room inside and is built by a reputable company who stand behind their products
I love it...love the jets. It takes all day to heat up when u first get it if u use ice cold water...but it gets very hot and the jets r so reaxing!
We received our hot tub, got it set up in under and hour and were using it 24 hours later..it's not fancy, but it's all we needed. Jets work well too! Hoping we can use it well into the winter months outside, but if not, it was so easy to set up, we'll just move it into the basement to use! I recommend getting the cup holders that fit easily onto the side of the tub. It does say 4 person, but I would recommend only for 2.
Bought this hot tub last month. My 17 year old son with autism enjoys it so much. No jets but constant bubbles which he loves. Have temp set to 102 Easy to set up and maintain. Lid that comes with it has tie downs so it doesn't blow away. So relaxing after after a hard days work.
I bought this a few weeks ago, set up was easy as one, two and three. My daughter and I love it sooo much as do our friends. I recommend this to anyone!
The unit was relatively easy to assemble; however, there were 5 extra parts not listed in the manual. It turns out they were spares which would have nice to see them listed. The unit is nice and deep so that the water covers the shoulders. So far the pump has worked perfectly and keeps the water at an excellent temperature. The water blanket and lid work well and are easy to take off and put back on.
We purchased the hot tube 3 weeks ago, absolutely love it for the price. It works really well, when you turn on the jets the hot tube will go down a couple of degrees but not enough to complain about. We've been using it all the time.
I first owned an Intex hot tub. I liked it when it worked, but everything had to be replaced once (under warranty). However, when I needed to replace the pump/controller unit on my nickel, I decided to look at what's out there again. Compared to the Intex: Everything worked the first time and has continued to work for a month. The lid doesn't rest in the water and drip when you take it out The tub seems more rugged The pump/controller is smaller and much lighter The bubbles are heated, which means you can use it without quickly chilling the tub, although it does get hot holding the tube when you inflate the unit Overall, still much cheaper than a "real" hot tub.
Although it was fairly easy to set up , running it was a little disappointing! the heater is not adequate to sustain the temperature. Using it in temperatures around 26 degrees Celsius and it still drops I cant imagine what it would be like in cooler weather when you really want to use it. Product was returned
