Shipping was as expected with WalMart, not the best but reliable. Fax, scanner and printer. Mobile friendly, great for our small business. Small footprint as well.
This was so simple to hook up. I like that you feed the paper from the front which is definitely my preference with how my small space is set up. Good for everyday tasks with tax season coming up and easily can make checks lists, scrapbooking items, receipts ect. It easily hooks up from your phone and printer ink is easy to access. Canon also offers a cheap subscription to keep you supplied in ink . This printer also prints both size. This is cheap and budget friendly which honestly surprised me. I am going to try some Hp 24 weight bright to see how it fairs for some of the scrapbooking prints.
I read reviews on this printer before purchasing. Seems like the only issue mentioned mostly was Wi-Fi connection issues. But I got mine. I was able to go online to the set up and I've got it running and I'm already printing stuff. It's got minimal sound, it's lightweight and a reasonable price. I recommend purchasing.
i love my new printer, it works fast and easy for me. i had online service help me set it up. due to public wifi. after that everything smooth sailing. it's convenient and sufficient. i haven't connect it to my cell phone yet, but will soon so i can copy and fax from anywhere. this a great buy!
THIS PRODUCT WOULD HAVE SCORED 100% FROM US BUT, THIS PRODUCT DOES NOT HAVE THE USB/PRINTER CORD ADDED IN THE BOX THAT YOU ACTUALLY NEED IN ORDER FOR THIS PRINTER TO EVEN WORK ON YOUR DESKTOP COMPUTER MAKING YOU HAVE TO RUN BACK TO AT STORE TO BUY THE ADDITIONAL CORD THAT IS NEEDED.
This is not a user friendly printer. I get so frustrated. You have to reset the WiFi every time you switch devices and sometimes you reset from one function and the next time from another. It uses a ton of ink. Only 50 pics for a cartridge of ink at $30 a cartridge. I really wish I could return it but I threw the box away
I had it for like 3mths and now the printing is printing double on top of each other. You have to cross your eyes just to see the print straight and then it skips with the print so it will start out clear print and messes up in the middle of printing and then (it's all blurry) and then at the end it's clear again.
I had 1 and i loved it until it claims i have a paper jam yhat is invisible. so i bought another one and all it does is paper jams every single time i try and print something.
I had a Canon printer previously and it died on me after 2 years. I bought and updated one but it doesn't work properly. I can't fax without error messages. When I try to print, I keep getting an error message saying that there is a paper jam. We looked everywhere but could not find the jam. Left it overnight and tried again this morning. Still the same error message that there was a paper jam. I need a printer for my work. I will be returning this and purchasing an HP.
Bought for remote office, worked until I changed the ink cartridge, and it prints several lines fine and the next several blurred and unaligned vertically. Received automatic firmware request at printer, installed hoping this would resolve the issues, nope. Spend a little more and get something more reliable. Very disappointed
