Quick and easy A touch of class added to your shower with with hardly any effort to install....
This is easy as it gets. Just pull on rod and barrel until the rod slides out. Tilt the rod at a slight angle and keep pulling the rod until it fits snug against both walls, then turn the rod and barrel until it is fastened. Then pull down on the tilted end until it is snug fit to your liking.
The high polish chrome is very nice compared to the vinyl ones we had before. The end knobs are nice as well. Easy to install with an enclosed instruction sheet with photo of how to hold the rod while installing. Very nice product for the price. Put them in our two bathrooms.
This is a good shower curtain rod. is prettier and sturdier than I expected. looks expensive.
This shower rod is well-made, easy-to-use, and reasonably priced. It has a high quality chrome finish, and large rubber pads on the ends to grip the wall firmly. Very easy to adjust. I have purchased several other rods in the past and this one is by far the easiest to use and the best looking.

This is a nice shower curtain rod for the money. It was pretty easy to install, stays up, and fits in well with my bathroom decor, but only time will tell if it really resists rusting up (like my previous rod did). The only thing I noticed was a small flaw in the white ceramic ball ends, they were a little uneven, but other than that, it's great!
The shower rod looks nice but one of the ends broke off as soon as we got it. We were able to super glue it back and it has been great since then.
Definitely NOT rust-resistant! Like most of you, I bought this rod because it was rust-resistant. I've had this curtain rod in my main bathroom for two years. Though the shower is used every day, it's not like we spray water directly on the curtain rod, and it's not an unventilated area. After about 6 months it started to rust. The rust is progressing quickly. I guess you get what you pay for... I'll be looking for a truly rust-resistant curtain rod in the future.
I bought this shower curtain rod in March of 2011, I also purchased the coordinating bathroom accessories like the soap dispenser and toothbrush holder. All of them, in the white porcelain. I spent a good amount of money on them seeing as I'd hear good things about the Canopy line. It was a mistake. The shower curtain rod was a pain to install, the instructions were very vague and I had a hard time getting it tightened enough. It fell on my head at least twice. That could have been my fault, who knows. What wasn't my fault was the rust that appeared almost over night. I used matching chrome hooks by Canopy and I guess they scratched the plated chrome of the rod and allowed the iron underneath the just explode with rust. I'm not talking about a few little spots but 80% of the entire rod was covered in rust in just two months. I finally got so mad I took it down, took off the porcelain and chrome ends (the reason I bought it) and scrubbed the heck out of the bar with 00 steel wool and CLR. I then used a rust resistant primer and spay painted it with five coats of a high gloss white followed by three coats of polyurethane sealant. I know, a lot, of work for a shower curtain rod purchased at Walmart, but I really do like the caps. Time will tell how it turns out. (also had a rust problem with the rest of the set)
