I didn't read any reviews before purchasing these hooks. I think the hooks are great. They do not come off the rod and they have not fell to the floor and broken. I guess it must be the type of shower curtain and rod which is why some other reviewers are experiencing the hooks coming off of the rod and breaking. Overall the product looks nice and serves its purpose. Plus, I only paid $5 for the hooks in my local Wal-Mart Store.
I LOVE these. It is hard to find satin stainless hooks and they are very classy looking at a great price.
These look very nice, but the only thing I have a problem with is that they don't slide very easily on my curtain rod and they always pop off.
I bought this product because I couldnt find any shower hooks for the shower curtain I purchased. It was a good choice the only problem I have is that I have a thick shower curtain and sometimes when I go to pull the curtain back the hooks come off the rail but they are easy to put back on.
For appearance and cost, the product is great. It will work well in a bathroom that isn't used often for showering. At least one...and usually more... of the hooks comes off the rod each time the curtain is pulled back. It doesn't matter if you pull slowly or quickly, they still come off.
I put the hooks on my shower rod and one fell to the floor and broke. The top part completely came off and was not able to be fixed. I returned them to the store. I got less than 15 mins use out of them. I will not buy this product again. I was excited about how they looked, but they do not function well. It is true that when you're opening or closing the shower curtain, at least one of the hooks come off the rod.
I bought these cause they were cute and I thought priced right. Well they are nothing but AWFUL! Dont waste your money. They look nice, but dont stay on the rod and the fronts of them have fallen off on a few!!!
I needed new hooks for my new shower courting, and these looked real nice. They are a big pain as they never stay on the rod. Every time you open or close the curtain they fall off. The button on the front is just to much weight, and it makes them turn down and that makes them fall off. Looks is not every thing if they don't do the job they were made for.
Although these hooks may look nice, they fail to meet a basic function, staying on the shower rod! Every time I open or close the curtain, they fall off! Sometimes just one or two, but most often, over half! The other day, I lost all but two! In the beginning, this was just annoying, now it's down right irritating! Avoid this product, the look is not worth the aggravation... or the cost!
This product looks great. Other than that it is pointless. I purchased them today and plan to return them tomorrow. Each and EVERY time you try to open the curtain they fall off. I have a standard shower curtain rod and they will not stay on it. They also are very inconvenient to attempt to slide. They get stuck and then fall off. Like I said, they great..just for looks!
