the price was great the only thing i cannot see is the pressure inside the machine . its hard to get the "Crema" for the expresso .overall its a great little machine
It works good. I like you can decide on the strength of the coffee.
Good for beginners, but I have to say that if you leave the water tank with water, the water gets a metallized taste. I decided to upgrade to a Chessman and will be upgrading again to a Cafe Bellissimo, but in the meantime I am only using it to froth the milk manually.
This machine is not worth half of what I spent on it. The seals leak for the water reservoir so all the steam escapes thru the top. Therefore, coffee output is minimal and you can not steam your milk. The decanter leaks when you pour into you cup, The grill on the bottom covering the overflow reservoir can not be removed with ease so cleaning is difficult. The basket holder does not turn into the locked position because with the basket inserted, it does not fit properly and is far to tight to close. I spent 20 minutes attempting to loosen it with no luck . I gat this black stuff on my hands while handling the basket holder. And, the directions and process are more complicated than they need to be. I tried to contact the people who make the machine (JURA) first to see if this is unusual for the machine and can it be fixed, they have shockingly bad customer service, even for this crazy Covid world we live in today. I tried calling Customer Service 5X and was met with immediate hang ups and no person answering my call. Once I heard people, but no one answered the call, just hung up within 2 or 3 seconds of answering. All in all, my experience with this machine is one that I regret. I know it's not the most expensive machine out there, but it should work as specified. It does not. WalMart has given me my money back. I appreciate that .
My first coffee maker lasted two years. My second one a year and my recent one a month. It makes pretty good coffee but I am starting to doubt its production quality.

Do not recommend. Takes forever to make a cappuccino. The frother quit working after about the 8th time I used it. Going back to a Mr Coffee
