Ok this is the longest lasting product for sore muscles I have tried. I've tried most of them too. It goes on and heats up quickly. You can put it on at bed time and it will be warm when you wake up. That a shower and it heats back up for a short time before it stops. I can still feel it heating my neck up even after going to bed and work all day. Amazing stuff. One word a advise never put it on right after you get out of the shower, it may be to hot for you to handle. It doesn't wash off easy either. I would and do recommend it to everyone. I could get back in the shower quick enough, wow was it hot.
Easy to use and effective. Apply to dry, room-temperature skin. If applied to hot or sweaty skin, it will burn for a few minutes, but it truly lessens arthritic pain. Good addition to my pain therapies.

Have used this product twice and was pleased with the results. It didn't completely relieve all the pain, but nothing else I've tried did as well as this did.
I couldn't feel 0.025% so tried this 0.150% feet still don't feel it. Husband says it's strong.
I have always used this product to quickly relieve muscle aches and spasms. For some reason, this particular applicator doesn't seem to dispense enough liquid. Very disappointed.
