when washing all colors together these sheets attract darker colors that may have bled onto the lighter colors to get dingy or discolored. They work very well.
I thought these wouldn't work as well as the Shout Color Catchers, but they do, and they cost less too.
Listen these things are sooo cool! I can wash all colors or new clothes for the first time together and there is no fading of colors onto the others clothes. Hot pink shirt with white pants no problem just throw a couple of these in the wash and no worries your white pants come out white not pale pink.
I used to use the name brand. There are more in this pack and they work just as well. Color Grabbers are great for washing mixed loads..heres a pic of red and white kitchen towels and the grabber. (approx 11/10/21) Try them to keep packaging chemicals from resettling on your new clothes..Buy new white tshirts and throw one of these in. I promise the cloth will come out blue or gray. Try them to keep your leaching colors AND releases stains from settling on other clothes My son uses these in with white clothes, no beach and you really cant tell the difference between the shirts he bought 2 yrs ago from last week. Lightly used cloths can be used again. I wash light to dark with the same cloth. I am not an Alpha consumer..dont need the latest thing or the best known brand. I use things that work well at a good value. Color Grabber is it. Bonus: there is usually a coupon printed inside each box. No expiration date.
I love that I can use one of these sheets and be able to wash light and dark clothes together and not worry about the light ones coming out dingy. It really does work!!
I use these sheets to mix colors %26 whites when doing laundry. I have also, successfully, washed a quilt after completing it. No running of colors from rust or navy blue to white cotton fabric. I did use a few sheets for that load :)
I love color grabber! I've been using it for several years. Now I can wash different colors of clothes together. I use them all the time and they keep the dark colors or red colors from running into the lighter colors. you can tell if it's working, because the sheets will turn the color that it took out of the water. However, I haven't gotten brave enough to put the dark, dark colors and with the whites. I still separate them.
these things are great! and since I've found them they always have a $1 off coupon under the cover of the box that never expires! if you buy new clothing that's a bright color these are great to use in the wash. they absorb all the color that runs out. and if you don't want dingy looking clothes because you washed whites with black socks, etc, these trap the color. they're awesome; I use all the time. photo: used sheet vs new one.
I used 3 sheets just in case and colors still ran onto my lighter clothing. Don't risk ruining a load of clothing with these. They do not work like Shout Color Catchers.
It had a 2021 expiration date so I am returning it for a refund
