These delicate fragile pastries consist of thin flakey layers and the most delicious custard filling I've ever had. I always stop ar Carlos Bakery at MOA to pick these up. I haven't had them mailed to me but I hope they learn to pack them well and mark the box fragile.
I purchased these and they all fell apart in the box. They tasted stale or maybe freezer burn. They were shipped in the box with nothing covering them or holding them still so no wonder they were crumbs.i knew what these were supposed to be to taste like, i had Carlo's lobster tails before, not good at all. I wouldn't buy online again. I wrote Carlos twice and was ignored.
