I ordered these vitamins on the advice of my sister, who takes them constantly to have strong nails. But I had another problem. My hair started falling out due to stress. I started drinking and after a couple of weeks I saw an improvement. Now my hair is fine. I definitely recommend it.

Bought two bottles, the size of the pill is big , the smell is not great the quality is great , my skin is better but not sure if its the reason I think I benefited from it
Carlson makes this supplement a good complex with Vitamin A, C, E and the minerals selenium and zinc. Easy to swallow soft gels that are just the right size with good dosage (not too much of anything). It's not the quantity but the bioavailability that matters.
I bought it for filling my organism with vitamin e and Zinc to improve a skin condition (I have like a scales on my face, it looks very dry). I've been using it for couple of weeks and I still don't see any effects. Side effects are also absent which is nice. Either I have different problem or the product doesn't work well for me.
Another good formulation with other ingredients like Vitamin A, E, Selenium and Zinc. No need for several different capsules when it's all available in one easy to swallow soft gels.
