It was everything I expected. Size was a little off but fine.
Did not rate appearance high because had 2 tears in it when purchased, other than that it was great....
I must say I was very skeptical about this when I finally was able to pry it from the bag. It was wound so tight I thought it had been packaged while the foam was still hot from formation. I had to carefully unroll it because it was stuck together. It was mashed flat in many areas, and I thought it would never be the form it was meant to be. BUT, I stretched it out in the spare bedroom last night, and this morning, amazingly, all the bumps and ridges were fluffed back out. Now THAT is memory foam--it remembered how it was before being compressed for who knows how long. Now to see how it sleeps.
I ordered this and when I brought it home and opened it up it was as expected but it had a big cut in it so returned it to the store . I ordered a new one and when I picked it up from the store the salesclerk opened the box for me to check and make sure it was the right item and she and another salesclerk both saw it was cut. I didn't even have to unroll this one as the cut was right on top. I was refunded my money . I did not reorder this item.
packed tightly in the bag. after removing topper found a tear in the foam. returned to walmart.
i would not recommend this to anyone. this item was like vacuum sealed and then so compressed i cannot get it separated to lay flat. it also tore where it was folded, it was yellowed on the edges like it is really old. i am definitely taking this back. don't bother ordering this
These are cheaply made and had to be returned.
It came with a ten inch slash down the center. Also the edges were compressed to about a half inch and they were very hard feeling.
Bought both a twin sized and a queen sized mattress topper. Both arrived with huge tears in the center of them (on the inside when they were rolled up). By the time they expanded fully from the packaging they were in multiple pieces.
lucky i checked it before i took it home because it had a big tear down the outside. I would not buy, others have reported this too. Even if you get a top that is nt damaged how long will it last?
