Each new compressor design undergoes rigorous life cycle testing at high RPMs and pressures to ensure that they can withstand years in the harshest conditions. New compressors are designed with utmost precision using 3D coordinate measuring machines to ensure a perfect fit. The production process contains automated controls at every stage that alerts and halts production in case of an error, assuring that the finished product will always be flawless. All new compressors must pass a helium leak test and pump up function test prior to packaging. Accumulators and receiver driers meet or exceed original equipment standards for moisture absorption, pressure and temperature resistance, air tightness, vibration resistance, corrosiveness, and pulse pressure. Desiccant is 100% tested and assembled in a controlled environment to ensure performance meets or exceeds original equipment standards. All accumulators are helium leak tested prior to packaging. Each orifice tube and expansion valve is tested for function and leakage according to OEM specifications to ensure optimal performance of the air conditioning system. The specific PAG oil required by your vehicle application is included. O-rings and gaskets for all parts are application specific and packaged with the correct part to save time and eliminate the possibility of a leak from using the wrong O-ring or gasket.
