No hassle and great cleaning power with no residue...I hate residue on my glasses!!!!! Works well in hard water too. This was a no regrets purchase.
I have used the product for a long time. The free shipping allowed me to order the product, and have it sent right to my door, making a good price even better, since I did not have to drive to the store to pick it up. That is conveinience, and value.
I used to buy the powder for washing dishes but decided to try these complete pacs. The caplets got my dishes cleaner, shinier than anything else. I only buy the burst of lemon because that is the one that was recommended above all of the others. I love it and don't believe I would ever switch to something else. There is another brand that advertises that they are the best and everyone is now using their product but I tried that product and was not as pleased as i was with cascade complete pacs.
I like these particular packets; they remove food that was stuck on from the night before. So very easy to use. Yes, they work exactly as they're supposed to and I haven't had any disappointments with these at all and I just can't say that about everything I purchase.
