Purchased for a Canon 7D and accessories. Plenty of room for all of my gear. Not too heavy, but comfortable. Compared to similar backpacks of the same size, a pretty good deal.
I use the bag to carry my two camcorders. I also carry cords and a tripod strapped to the side of the bag with the clamp and strap provided. It also has a pouch for my laptop which is cool. I wish there was a way to secure my second tripod to the other side of the bag but there isn't. I have to carry my second tripod in a separate bag, but that's ok. It's a good bag overall with plenty of space and compartments for what every accessories you may need like spare batteries, extension cords, remote controls, etc. If you have the money, buy it. I don't think you will find another one this good for this price, I couldn't.
This backpack served not only at a camera case but as a great travel bag; airline carry on. I was confident with the amount of protection around the camera and the extra space for other items.
I use this for my Canon 6D and a Canon G12. I carry three lenses (70-200mm, macro lens, and 24-105mm). In addition is included a monopod, filters, remote trigger, and other smaller items. Everything fits well and is protected. The case could use more padding in the carry handle. Could use more padding for longer, rougher travel, but, for my needs it's great.
This backback is just perfect for what I needed it for.I had my 2 cameras and a few others items. It has several padded compartments to protect your camera. I carried it on the plane for my personal bag and it fit perfectly under the seat in front of me. Highly recommended for traveling.
I purchased this camera backpack for my husband and he really likes it. It has the pockets that he wanted plus the size of the bag was great!. The material really feels good and with carring your camera it stays cool while being closed up. The price is right and every one had a Merry Christmas.
Searched all over the internet looking for a camera bag to fill my storage needs, but didn't want to spend a fortune. Walmart delivers again with this great bag. Compared prices on this bag on Amazon, ebay, etc and Walmart was still cheaper. Love the bag. Very durable and comfortable with plenty of storage for all your camera do-dads! The all-weather hood is nice for those uncertain weather situations. Highly recommend!
I went on a seven day cruise of the Carribean, and used it everyday. It was the best way to carry all of the lens I have. It rained and the little raincoat that comes with it was great, kept my camera and the rest of my equipment dry. It was easy to use, easy on and easy off. My wife got the camera out of the backpack, so I wouldn't have to take the backpack off, by opening the top of the camera compartment, and pulling the camera out thru the top opening. If I ever need another one, it will be a CASE LOGIC SLR (DCB-309) or a bigger model fi I get more equipment.
This has many side pockets and such that make it great as an everyday camera backpack. I use it instead of a camera bag. I did keep the camera bag for when I go somewhere that a backpack would look odd...like a wedding. But for day to day WAY better than camera bag. I wouldn't use it for a l-o-n-g hike where you might want to carry some snacks and a raincoat. For a day trip when you are certain the weather is going to be good, this has enough room for my gear. I have a wide angle, two zooms (250+300) the 18-55 kit lens, teleconverter, extension tube set and still have two pockets in the main compartment that are empty. PLUS there is room for filters, memory cards and cables and so forth in the middle compartment. I use the water bottle holder for a large water bottle with no problem. I even have my tripod in the other side pocket. One leg fits in the zippered pocket and a fastex clip keeps it very secure. This is one very nice camera backpack. Easy to get into and things out. Even has a rain cover. It seems very durable. I haven't set it down on any wet surfaces but the damp muddy beach didn't soak through. Search on the web (youtube) for DCB-309 and see some reviews. I had it shipped to store which normally works out okay. But we're not supposed to write about the "service". The backpack is great, the price was great, the service was ...oh yeah not supposed to write about that. All in all I would buy it again.
It has plenty of room for a one body multi-lens and flash kit. The color is uninspired if that makes a difference to you. What kept me from giving the back that last star is the tripod keeping system. If you have a full size heavy duty tripod -forget about it. It is only big enough for a very light weight tripod. Seems to work for my monopod but then the zipper compartment is pretty much wasted.
