I have had so much fun with this and so have my children. There’s so many options to choose from, so many different pianos and instruments to choose from. You even have options for keeping a rhythm and so forth. Can be ran off battery or plugged in using the included cord. Has a stand for your sheet music as well. Such a great way to learn how to play piano or great if you’re intermediate and can better understand how to use the controls. Plus you can also plug it up to external devices for better help! Overall I enjoy this
I've never seen my son more excited about an instrument before we picked up this keyboard from Casio! He spent the evening playing it, recording himself, and finding new tunes to play and mix. We had a lot of fun doing it together and I love how compact and light this keyboard is. It allows him to carry it throughout the house and play anywhere. I hope he'll take this experience and turn it into a love for music that leads to him wanting to playing in band. The beats are fun and it's great that this can be played with a plug-in or with batteries.

You can also just plug it up, it comes with the cord. It has 400 tones and 77 rhythms. The keyboard lights up red while touching the keys. It’s equipped with a Micro-B USB port for connecting to other devices. It has a screen to let you see what you have selected to play. It has volume control and touch response. It also comes with a nice booklet or sheet holder. It has a nice handle built in for carrying. It’s equipped for a pedal insert as well and so much more. This will be the perfect gift for you or someone else. Don’t hesitate on this one.
We are not keyboard players by any means. Hopefully this easy to learn keyboard spark some interest in playing music for our family. Seems to be a good product. Has lots of tones and backing tracks which we love. We also like how the keys light to help learn to play. Basically it's a lot of fun, even for me. I would recommend for someone interested in starting to learn.
My kids are in love with this. They are excited for music class now. We homeschool so this was a good little addition to the house. What's amazing about it is that we hook headphones to it and mama doesn't have to hear it. What more could ya want? Ha. It suggested an app to use with it. We ended up purchasing so the kids could learn. I wish it was free but it seems worth it. Maybe a discount code sent with it would be an amazing addition. Need to purchase a stand separately.
My nephews had a bigger electric keyboard that utilized an AC adapter for it to work. They ended up not needing it anymore and provided it to my 6 year old son, who loved playing it. Problem was we didn't have a good spot for it since it was big and had to be plug in. Now comes the Casio Portable Keyboard to save the day! It is light and perfect sized to be carried around with the handy built in handle. Remember my issue before with the AC adapter? No long an issue as we can utilized six AA batteries so we are not tethered to an wall outlet (this one still does come with the AC adapter option). My son has loved having the option to play his music where ever he wants. Now his older sister doesn't always loud sounds, so the headphone jack works perfect for the her to have the nice peaceful quietest she likes and he can keep rocking out on the keyboard. This keyboard comes with a huge variety of tones, rhymes, & songs that keeps and will be keeping my son entertain forever. Overall I would highly recommend this electronic portable keyboard.
As soon as the Casio Casiotone 61-Key Portable Keyboard (LK-S250) arrived my kids eyes lit up my eight year old son loves to play instruments it helps him alot. The keyboard is a great quality and has 300 different key sounds so it is alot of fun to find new sounds and make up new songs. It comes with a stand for your music. Great quality, great sound and tons of fun for everyone I highly recommend. The keys are very smooth and play easily as well.
I must start off by saying this keyboard is really nice. It has many great features. I've had the opportunity to play around with it and it's 5 stars for me. I highly recommend this for anyone wanting to learn how to play or for someone that already knows. And it's also good for a music producer. Or someone who does music at a church. It comes with preset songs that you can learn with the help of light up keys. It has sound effects. The full size keys make you forget it's a portable keyboard. So much for the money! Definitely put this on your list to purchase for the music lover in your life!

You can add drums base or transitions with a touch of a button.There is a plastic piece that attaches to hold your music notes or a tablet . It has ports for plug in head set as well as a microphone ,( both sold separately). Sound quality is decent and adjustable for the right right volume to fit your needs. It is powered by an ac adaptor or six aa batteries. It has a handle to easily move around or take with you. It is light weight, my 10 year can easily move this around. He has enjoyed learning to play basic notes and likes the dance feature so far.
