It is so great machire really!
We have had one of these calculators in the lab for more than two years, and everybody loves them. So, when personell increased, we got two more. With the statistical functions it fits our needs, doesn't need batteries (or at least, we never had to change the ones that have been in for three years), it's easy to use, and at that price, it's exceptional value. If we have to get more, guess what we'll get and where we will get them ;o)
Allowed on the PE Exam, and gives me all the functions I could need. Easy enough to get to the functions with practice.
Exactly what I wanted. I like the 2-line display whch allows you to see your input. Many many scientific functions from statistics to calculus [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
I got this for my son, he is in college and needs this item..He told me that it is a life saver and it works great for all his needs..Well coming a someone one who is going to get a college degree I guess that means its a great product ..but for me is great on my wallet..
This is without a doubt the best calculator I have ever used. I am in my 3rd year of Electrical Engineering and this is the only calculator I use. I have had this calculator for 6 years and it is still working perfectly. I haven't even changed the battery, gets used daily. Performs many of the functions expensive graphing calculators do. Solves equations, systems of equations, integrals, derivatives, standard deviation functions, complex numbers and more. Totally blown away by the awesomeness of this machine. Thanks Casio!
I ws given this product for my bday from my hubby to help me in college with some advanced algebra and I was absolutely amazing! This thing can do it all! I would recommend it to all students for any type of math related studies!
For its price, you really can't beat this calculator, or the FX115ES, I have them both for the FE exam and they are very easy to use. As with any other calculator I wish there were certain functions that are not included, but they'll do. I did notice that it will not integrate 1/X though, or work with indefinite integrals.
I'm a highschool sophmore taking Algebra II and Triginometry. This calculator really helps me out a lot. Some of the operations are a bit tricky to memorize, so you'll definately have to read the instruction manual with this one. But overall, it gets the job done.
I bought this item for my student in high school Calculus. He loves it and says that it is easy to use. He likes it a lot and it can do a lot.
