This is good motor oil , I use it in a pick up truck ,good engine protection ,does not break down or gum up engine for 1994 pick up truck. I change it every 5000 miles.
Desirable product for my application for use in outboard motors, ATVs, power equipment , and autos.
I'm glad i found it at Walmart.com. The don't carry it at the store. Thank you Walmart.
somebody advice me to use it on my 2010 chrysler 300 touring. I don't know anything about cars. At least is less expensive than full synthetic.
Because I been looking for this oil and no one has it it was easy finding tank you .
I was happy with the pricing on this product, and GTX is a pretty good brand. Worked for me.
20W50 is a little thick even for Florida (higher oil pressure). 10W40 works great in my 1987 Toyota Supra Turbo. I only put 1,200 miles every 6 months between changes but that's the service interval. I could go 5,000 miles or 6 months whichever comes first.
I had a smog test coming up for my '85 bimmer (engine swapped) and needed to change the oil prior to the test. I searched around and found the Castrol 10w-40 on Amazon first. I was all set to order and then checked the shipping date. It said it wouldn't arrive for another month! So I thought, why not check Walmart just in case. Little did I know that they had just launched their two day shipping program and would get me the oil just in time. I placed my order and received the oil on the expected date. Plus, I passed the smog test the next day! Can't recommend this new two day shipping program enough.
I use this during summer & change to 10W30 for winter. My cars/trucks are 1995,& 97 &99. But Walmart quit stocking the 10w40, now I must order to store. Bummed. disclaimer: images are from internet & not my actual rides but are close twin to my actual vehicle.
