Makes star gazing easy. And fun. The computer control is awesome. Be sure to read the star alignment instructions a bit tricky unless you follow exact steps.
I like it! I've only owned one other, but I actually saw the rings around Saturn!
Make certain you're not a first time user of a computerized telescope. The computer is simple, but getting the scope to align is not easy. I have mine up for sale, and I've already ordered another scope from Celestron, not computerized. It seems to be a quality product, if you can handle it. Mine came with a scratch in the center of the main mirror. Since I'm selling it I thought I'd simply purchase another mirror, and replace it myself, but I can't seem to find one on the Celestron website. I use the search engine, but no luck. If you can handle it, I think you'll have a great deal of fun with this product. Just make certain you can do it, or have a friend who can help you.
