I love the telescope , it can be setup in 30 min or lease. About service and price store delivered on time, I went other store to see if they can match price ... They just made many excuses to not honor their matching policy... Im happy I find this store
I bought 3 of these for my school. The optics are not any clearer than a zoom lens on a camera. The scope does not lock in place securely for viewing so you spend a lot of time resetting the position.
