Quick shipping awesome product!!! Will do business with Focus again.
Your site makes it easy to view the great products you offer. The purchase I made was quick and hassle free. The shipment was fast and my item arrived in mint condition. Very satisfied!
I bought this product as an upgrade from a small table top mount scope for beginners I got a gift from the wife who ended up getting the astronomy bug herself. While the price is considered too expensive for a first time scope this scope is great for intermediate users who want to upgrade from cheaper smaller scopes. The size you see will fool you ,but the Maksutov-Cassegrain design allows for a 103mm resolution in such a small package for ease of transportation. The scope can be mounted to the tri-pod it comes with which is well built, and solid or you can use it on a table top setup. The scope comes with a single 25mm pelosi eye piece 1.25 diameter standard for most small/medium celestron scopes. It uses 8 AA batteries to power the goto mount, and you can get optional power supplies for it 12 adapter or standard 120v power adapters. The setup for the skyalign is slightly confusing to set up for the first time, but it has multiple alignment modes to locate many different celestial objects. I was able to hook my camera up to it easily, and took many great pictures with it definately a great scope.
bought this for myself last christmas its a great little scope. im finding nebulas like the lagoon neb amd orion neb. that i wouldnt have found with out it. ive never used batteries with it i have a electric plug and bought a car adapter.i also have a 100 foot extension cord that i use. the eye piece is aboyt the only piece you really need i bought a 2x Barlow lense for closer looks. but in all honesty i wish i could have gotten the 8se. if your like me and cant afford the 1000 plus for it . the 4se will give you hours of fun star gazing. put some pics i took with rebel t6 camera that im still trying to figure out
