Excellent product
Telescope was much bigger than I thought. Arrived in a proper box shipment. I had to return it, and customer service took it back with my money back. No questions asked.
It works very well for me.
Easy to assemble
I put 5 stars so far because it came in an undamaged box. No idea if we like it yet because it was a Christmas gift for someone. I can write more after it gets put together and used a few times.
Great for the price although tripod mount isn't that stable. Included eyepieces are weak. But easily fixed with aftermarket eye pieces that are a few dollars. Great optics on telescope.
Horrible. This was supposed to be a Christmas present for my daughter and we've never been able to successfully use it. After thorough revision of the instructions and calibration you still cannot see anything clearly. We've spent over 4 hours trying to figure out what is wrong. I would not recommend this product. Save yourself the headache!
