I think this C4 flavor is amazing. It mixes well when I use a shaker cup with the shaker ball with water and ice. I do NOT drink energy drinks or caffeine, except green tea at bedtime, and this pre-workout drank 30 minutes before my Peloton ride really helped me not feel as exhausted and last the whole workout so I could do other stuff throughout the day. I love the flavor and I use 2 scoops for a full 26-ounce shaker bottle. The price is nice too.
I absolutely love. C-4. I drink several throughout the day. Cant comment on the workout part, as I do not work out. But it keeps me going all day long. Love the Fruit Linch over the Arctic Snow just hard to find unless I order directly from Cellulor which is the same price and you can get promos!!

I love this stuff!!! As a working mom of 2, coffee doesnt always do the trick. This gives me the push i need to workout but sometimes just the push I need to make it through lunch lol!

I have used this brand before and it's a very good brand but what I received today is disgusting
Different than advertised delivered as shown in photo. New formula not as effective. Would not recommend
1) Item is not as pictured and the nutritional values are different in comparison to the item pictured. 2) Item contains moisture/mold which is visible through the clear bottom. The powder is a very pale pinkish color but when wet turns bright red. There are deep red to brown moisture spots in the container. The seal is unopened so the C4 company has poor quality control and the seller does as well.
