First time Jet customer. My 95 year old Italian lady friend was just remembering these beans from her youth. I saw them on Jet and had 4 jars shipped to her as a surprise. She was thrilled with them. Delicious lupini beans--just like the ones from my childhood! Exceptionally well packaged and got here quickly!
These are exactly what I remember eating as a kid.
Lupini beans are low in net carbs and they definitely satisfy the salt/savory snack cravings! I have tried a couple brands but Cento is my favorite that I've tried, they just taste a bit better to me. The taste is like a chickpea but with the texture of edamame. You can eat them with the skin on but I remove it.
Hard to,find, great price
We have been eating lupinis for decades and were happy to find this product at Walmart, at a very reasonable price. Recommend to drain the brine and replenish with fresh water, Keeps refrigerated
