1t lasts a long time and it gives you strength and energy. It is a well rounded vitamin with all necessary ingredients for being healthy. I'm very grateful for it. I am not able to swallow the Centrum pill, so the liquid Centrum provides the health benefits of mullti-vitamns and minerals I need.

i bought this because i normally take the One-a-Day men's tablet, but with my recent tonsillectomy, i couldnt swallow anything like that. the main thing that was horrible about this product was the taste! it was like someone left applejuice sitting in a hot car, fermenting, for a month, and then tried to make it taste better by adding 1/2 a pound of sweet and low! the taste made me gag and i could only take it twice before i couldnt handle it anymore.
