[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I started taken the Centrum movement & strength to try and keep my body moving and strong since I'm over 40 now and it's seems to be the thing to do lol. I really have found that it helps a lot and Centrum has always been a trusted brand throughout my years. I highly recommend this product if you're 30 & up because you can start benefiting from this now! Also the container it comes in is smooth and sleek and the lid is very easy to remove so if you have children keep it up on the shelf high but if you have arthritis in your hands or carpal tunnel any of those irritable hand pains then this is a great lid for you (Us) I'll add pictures with the contents and labeling features if I'm able if not I hope you're as happy with them as I am and go out and try them yourself!

This is a Excellent product. I suffer from Osteoarthritis, very bad knee pain. Since taking Centrum Movement and Strength Capsules, the pain has gotten so much better!

I've been doing more movement exercises and I wanted to make sure I was preparing my body for the extra workout.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These Movement and Strength capsules from Centrum seem to be working OK so far. Things I like: the size of the capsule, ease of swallowing, no odd taste during or after taking, variety of ingredients/supplements, easy open lid, very recognizable bottle if you take multiple supplements. Things I don't like: 50 capsules at 2 a day means less than a month's supply and feels arbitrary. Why not a bottle with enough for a full month or four full weeks? Also there's a mg amount for the organic blend, but I don't know how much of that turmeric makes up, and I'd like to know since I take turmeric specifically in another supplement. Have noticed a little relief in my knees, but don't know if I can fully attribute it to these just yet. Overall it's good and I do plan on getting another bottle and seeing how my joints feel after a few more weeks use.
