I buy if for my mom and she likes it because it has the exact amount of vitamins and minerals her doctor suggested so she doesnt have to take a lot of pills anymore
Kind of big bit I guess to get all the nutrients into them, they had to be big. Really no bigger than any other multivitamin, but these are both multivitamin and multimineral. I took these many years ago before I was 35 even and thought I'd try them again, because my old fibromyalgia doctor recommended them and he was a great doctor and knew what worked.
These are very good vitamins for women. They are easy to swallow and after about a week uou can feel the difference in your body. It's like an step in your walk. I highly recommend them.
