I have hyperhidrosis and my dermatologist recommended this deodorant. This is the only deodorant that has helped me to not sweat through my clothes.
Keeps my dry, without drying out my skin like the medicated certain drugs. Im very please certain dri made a product for everyday use. This is my third order
This is the only deodorant that I can find to eliminate that onion type body odor, even after sweating all day!!! Other deodorants worked up until 2-3 years ago, then couldn't find anything that worked until finding this 3 months ago. Possibly because of hormone changes???
I was looking for an antiperspirant/deodorant that was cruelty free. Most of the time that search had me looking at “natural” products, that don't work. This product works great. And I'm so pleased it's cruelty free too!
I've used this product for a few years now, and it's just wonderful! I swear heavily from my armpits, and nothing works better than certain dry! It's simple, effective, and inexpensive! The sting you get when you put it on at night is not bad at all, and you can definitely tell it's working. I absolutely love this product!
I am a plus-size woman going through hormonal changes as I enter my middle years and my armpits have been giving me the blues for the past three years or so. I've tried almost every commercially available deodorant/antiperspirant on the market, including clinical strength and even men's deodorant in order to squelch the stench coming from my pits (not sweat necessarily but a strong BO smell as if I don't wash under my armpits and I do). In desperation, I decided to try Certain Dri, even though I typically don't like roll-on deodorants. To my shock and awe, this not only keeps my armpits dry but the stench I was battling to control is gone! I applied this at night as directed for best results and the next morning I was left speechless when I did a sniff check and smelled nothing! Certain Dri has saved my sanity, I swear! I've had no allergic reactions, no mid-day failing, and no reaction of my body chemistry not mixing well with the Certain Dri scent, which is pleasantly light. I highly recommend giving this a try if you are as desperate to stop not only sweat but terrible armpit odor and you've been struggling to find something that doesn't 'turn' once you put it on. This is a winner and I'm going to stock up!
First time buying this type of deodorant. I don't usually like roll-on style but this works great! Keeps me dry and smelling good and leaves no residue on clothes!
I tried this in early May and fell in love. I then repurchased and it no longer works for me? Not sure if the formula changed or what, but I wont be buying again.
Works well for perspiration. There is 20% Aluminum Zirconium Tetrachloride Glycine that helps aid the typical issues of over perspiration sweat in this 2.5 oz roll on. Best not to use directly after a shower unless you dry your arm pits up completely, or it will lose some of its active properties quickly. I use this along side of some scented deodorant that doesn't have antiperspirant properties in it to add an additional scent since there isn't much of one with this alone.
Rating this a two because I have gotten such weird results. So I wash very well, and then I put on this deodorant. It last sort of, but I still sweat through. What's also weird, is that it doesn't seem to hold back sweat but some of the time it does. Either way, after this first round of deodorant, in some amount of hours later, I'll obviously have to put on more. And when I go to do so, all the stinky sweat literally is trapped underneath this layer of deodorant. I just put this deodorant on, and I can feel the sweat drip down my arms as I'm sitting here in 43 degree weather not even doing anything to cause this sweat. I was really hopeful about this deodorant. All it does is hold the stink back until it can't no more. Then you'll have to wash your armpits before you put on more because this stuff stains the stink and deodorant onto your skin. Miserable. I've spent 100s on deodorant trying to find out what's right for me. I was so hopeful about this one. I've been using it every day for the past few days. It's no good. Time to try something else. I'm trying to find my perfect deodorant before summer! Cause if I cannot, I have to buy under arm armpit pads to soak up the sweat this summer. WONDERFUL!
