This is the only soap I use on my sons delicate skin. Its great even to use on your face. I do not recommend the lotion. Its not hydrating at all. Use regular dry/sensitive Cetaphil for lotion.
Unfortunately the wrong items was sent to me. Pharmapacks did post wrong picture of the product. Instead of accepting the fact that wrong items was posted on their homepage - the CS representative was saying it is the manufacturer's fault as they changed the product and layout of the product. Wouldn't it be nice to just say - sorry and thank you for finding out that the wrong picture is posted and change the picture so future customers won't face the same issue? until today the wrong picture is still posted
