All the reviews were good for this chaise so I expected it to exceed my expectations... and it has! The color of the frame is a lot lighter than the online picture shows (it's barely darker than the card board box it came in, as you can see from the picture), but it's still a nice color. The color of the cushions is exactly the color it shows and the fabric seems very sturdy. The aluminum frame is very sturdy, but it doesn't come packed in any Styrofoam so one of two that I ordered was damaged when I opened the box. The box had been dropped and one of the legs was cracking at the weld, but was still holding up (the only reason I noticed was because the leg looked a little bent from far away). I had a question about it before I purchased it, but it wasn't answered until I opened it. My question was "Does it lay all the way flat?" and I can now say that it is very close to flat, about 170 degrees. I wanted it for sunbathing and it will def work! Overall this Chaise is a very good value and very beautiful. I will be taking the damaged one back and ordering a new one.
Love this chaise lounge-love the color and the chaise is well made - the basket is so cool to hold your crocheting/magazines/quilting and it is so nice to enjoy nature or reading a book while using the chaise.
It was packaged extremely well. It didn't have to be put together. It seems very well made and durable. It is attractive and comfortable. I'm quite pleased!
These chairs are wonderful. My husband and I both love them. The cushins make the chairs so comfortable. The finish of the metal makes it look like wood. Out of all the loungers we tried these are by far the most comfortable, for a fraction of the price!
Nice Chaise Lounge Chair. Very comfortable and looks great. No assembly required which was a major plus. Have had it a few months and its been outside the whole time and still looks new. Liked it so much decided to get the matching conversation set.
After doing oodles of research, both in retail stores and online, I settled on 2 of these Canopy Chaise Lounges. The other reviewers said they thought these were a good value, and I concur. This time of year, patio furniture is expensive, no matter where you look, and I wanted to get the best deal I could find. BONUS Points: All aluminum construction (no vinyl webbing in the bed to stretch and come undone) plus the adjustable frame is lightweight to move. There are small plastic foot pads to avoid scraping. The hand-painted woodgrain effect on the metal is attractive. The sky blue cushions are thick enough and not scratchy. The detachable plasticized woven wicker magazine rack is quite large and roomy. It can hang on either side of the seat. Items came through from China well packed with no damage. No assembly was required other than hanging the magazine racks. The free site-to-store shipping worked well for us. The order came in faster than estimated. MINUS Points: No choice of cushion color. Blue is the only color. Husband is not sure how well the brown woodgrain paint will hold up, primarily due to younger guests around the pool. (I'm sure it could be touched up, if necessary.) The dimensions in the item description on our pick-up order confirmation were erroneous, see below. NOTE: You will need a pickup truck to get these home in the boxes. They would not fit in our SUV. Two completely filled the bed of a Ridgeline with the gate down. I'm going to spray ScotchGuard on these cushions as a preventative measure. Due to the light color, they will show dirt. All in all, these should perform as expected. I have no regrets.
I love my chaise lounge! I searched and searched for one of these and finally settled on this one, and I was not disappointed! I love the color of the cushion, and the material is not scratchy. The magazine rack is also a nice addition.
This chaise is better then I expected. The frame is made of all aluminum. The underside is also aluminum and not webbing. It comes fully assembled. The finish has a wood grain look. It's very comfortable.
If you have shopped for this type of outdoor furniture before you know that the really stylish chaise lounge can be very expensive. Here was a lower priced item that is phenomenally attractive and nice. Its not oversized and very understated. It is not built like a brick house, but is very sturdy and good quality. I'm so impressed with how it looks...absolutely nice. I'm glad I didn't spent 400 or 600 bucks,,,this chair is really nice.
These chaises are a good value for the cost, they are sturdy and are not a pain to put together. Pulled them out of the box, removed some packaging and I was sitting on them. The magazine racks are removeable and can go on either side. The metal looks way cooler in real life.
