I had stomachache and digestive problem after having Thai food. Consumed Activated charcoal for couple days, feel much better
It is a well made product as it uses coconuts for the charcoal and it comes in a glass bottle so you avoid plastic and this protects the potency of the product.
High quality charcoal. Love that it is packaged in glass. A bit more expensive than some other brands but perhaps worth it if you value quality and avoiding plastic. I use charcoal for internal detox, it's been helpful in recovering from Chronic Fatigue and mold illness.

Excellent quality. I use it for gas relief after a decadent meal. Good to have in the medicine cabinet as a natural alternative to other gas relief products.
I bought these for our family medicine cabinet, after running out of a bottle that was given to us to try. Charcoal works great for bloating, for stomach issues/viruses, etc... we've been really impressed and wished we had added it to our collection sooner.
I use charcoal for everything! Think I've eaten something a bit off? Charcoal. UTI? Charcoal. The uses are endless. I will say that if you use it for a while or more than one capsule at a time, it has the potential to constipate you. I correct this with some extra magnesium and I'm good to go! Just make sure you don't take the charcoal close to other supplements or medication.

I find it helps me tremendously when u have pain in my digestif system. But ehat i found out that i can't give it to my child which i hate to have to purchas another one for her..
