I usually shop Amazon for quick shipping and reliable service and excellent return policy. However, this item was $60 less expensive and shipped very fast. Very satisfied with my experience.
Very easy to use with the app. Electrician had no problem putting it in. Charger cord is plenty long. For some reason it's topping out at 16v right now so we have to reset it to try to get the full range but honestly even 16v is better than a trickle!
Fairly quick install and setup Did require two separate accounts to activate; one for ‘installer' and one for ‘owner' each with separate email address…..though this was not detailed anywhere so I got errors on setting up owner account. A call to customer service was explained I needed separate email for owner account….seems strange to have this requirement. So if you are an electrician doing your installation on your own car you need to have two email addresses…. Other than that it works great so far
