Does NOT have an off - on button as stated, which is the main reason I bought it over something else. It does not have any power LED indicator, it does have an internal LED (red green) that flashes for when it is finished charging, but, nothing to let you know how much power is left. It seems to operate okay running a fan, the purpose for which I bought it. Lasted about 4+ hours using the USB A slot, the USB C slot is used for charging the battery pack. I did not try cell phone charging.
