LOVE IT!
Makes quick %26 hot cup of coffee. Already had one but bought 2nd one for traveling in condos etc. Love it takes so little punter space and makes cup after cup in about 25 seconds.
I chose this item because of its slim design, it can accommodate a larger travel cup, it includes a basket for coffee grounds, the price is good, and it got excellent reviews.
this is an awesome coffee maker, narrow takes up very little space. Lid is spring loaded easily snap closed, push button release. k-cup or your own grind with included filter. I grind my own, and have not had any grind in bottom of my cup. Hot and full flavored. Makes a Great cup of coffee. Very Happy with this purchase, I dont get to say that very often.
Such a simple device, yet makes better coffee than our big, expensive Keurig machine. Easy to clean. No water stored in the machine, meaning no wet, bacteria-rich insides. you fill it with enough water for the cup you're brewing. Takes up a fraction of the counter space of those big fancy ones. Gave our big one away lol.
Wow so I'm surprised there aren't any reviews on this coffee marker. I'm gonna start off with saying this is my first coffee maker it was gifted to me from my Mom and this coffee maker is awesome. It's very easy to clean and use. I would give it 10 stars if I could. It literally makes the coffee in one minute max. the only time it makes any type of noise is in the last 5 seconds but its still not noisy even then. I highly recommend!
It works as described and I am happy with it. The temperature of the coffee is ideal for me. Also, it works equally well with single serve cups or filtered coffee. I fill the mug that I am going to use and then pour the water into the Chefman so the water fill markings readability is not a concern. Rating performance and price produces a 4 star rating. If the Chefman continues to work well after 90 days ( It's only been7 days), I would rate it at 5 stars.
Temperature of the water is great and I like that you can use an insulated mug. Using grounds is problematic. Doesn't seem to exude the flavor of the coffee. Also, does not work with coffee filter cups. Grounds go all over the place including in the coffee.
I was so impressed at first! This is my first single-serve and I loved it. The downfall is it makes the coffee so fast, the water runs right through the grounds without getting much flavor in it! Then after a few weeks, my coffee came out lukewarm! You have to put hot water in it and do the small, 10oz coffee with a full filter of coffee! Any more water or any less grounds and the coffee is too weak! I wouldn't mind returning the pot if it wasn't such a hassle!
Like the quickness, but every cup I have made has grinds in my coffee after brewIng. I use k-cups, but am wondering if a certain brand is required. Would not have purchased if I had known about this problem. It was advertised as using K cups and this was either misleading or I have a defective coffee maker.
