A brilliant supplement that works great and dose correctly.I use magnesium glycinate a few times a day to help recover from my workout.The magnesium works in over 400 bodily functions,and it's hard to get the proper amount with food.I also use it when I have trouble with sleeping,I take one dose before bed.

I just started using it so I will update my review later but I'm just writing this to inform others that nowhere on the bottle does it say "chelated" magnesium glycinate. they may have put it in the listing to get our attention but this product does not say chelated anywhere on it.
I used 4 bottles and kept gaining weight so I changed brands and lost weight .
