what I like about this product is the tablet size its very easy to take also Carlson makes good quality products if you have zinc deficiency this one is for you
I have used Carlson brand for many years. The chelated zinc absorbs well. I love the higher milligram. Zinc is needed in the body and keeps your immune system working well I personally take 2 tablets every day Highly recommend!
