Really nice! Love how smooth my hair is! I have never tried this brand before but it works really nice!! Awesome results!!!
Heats quickly. Doesn't tug hair strands. Doesn't have control on the heat setting, but I don't straighten my hair that often for it to matter.
Ive tried many brands. many products and this one is my favorite. My natural curly spiral hair is a nightmare at times. This one left my hair- in downtown Miami on a F1 Race, straight for 4 days! If you know your curl level you know this is a majikal feat for real. Get it- worth it!

never have i owned a chi and I'm so glad i bought one finally it does the job for my really really curly hair even in the most humid weather it still looks great
this straightner doesn't do what's described. it barely straightens. theres only an on or off button. no in-between, no temperature given.it doesn't even really get that hot. Very upsetting for the price and the wait. Also its more on the clunky side so its not so nice to hold. do not recommend!
Chi is a great brand and was my go-to flat iron. However, im not sure if this is a downgraded version. I bought this for my daughter because of the $50 sale price. Her no-name flat iron gets hotter and does a better job straightening than this. Disappointed, Returning
I've used it maybe 5 times and the edges are burnt. I unplug as soon as I'm done (10min tops) Also, it pulls my hair out and takes just as much time as a cheap one.
