purchased as a replacement for 25 year old one to match my set
This is exactly what we wanted. It is a very usfull knife and works great.
Thus is my second pairing knife from Chicago cutlery and love it. The wood handle doesn't slip around in your hand like some of the plastic handled knives do. Worth every penny.
Exactly what I ordered!!! I love this paring knife!!! I already had one and I wanted an extra one to use because they are so easy to handle!! Good quality too!
This has been my favorite paring knife and I was afraid I wouldn't still be able to find new ones after 30 years. For women and those with hand arthritis, its smaller size and slimness are great. It is very sharp, keeping its sharpness longer than most paring knives and then is easy to sharpen. Please continue to carry this item!!
I had one of these knives for 30+ years. All of a sudden it was gone, I'm thinking it got thrown away in the trash by mistake. My son was able to find one on line and ordered it. I hope the metal in this knife is as good as the old cc metals...time will tell.
Love the shape and how comfortable to use. Have purchased 6 and shared them with my kids! They love them also!
The blade is now wider than the knife I was replacing. I much prefer the slender version but maybe I'll get used to this one in time.
I like the size of the knife but the handle is too big for my hand I'm going to sand it down
